Although having a facility in a neighborhood isn’t a bad aspect by any means, looking onto the facility from outdoors was sad. I think it could have been much better handled and cared for, both indoors and outdoors. Looking around the building, I noticed it seemed a bit understaffed. It was such a shame, due to the caring staff that did work there. Old Cheney was far and away a better facility than where my mother was before. There were a few glitches, but the social worker did his absolute best.
